Job summary

DP Electric, a premier commercial electrical contractor, seeks an Electrical Foreman to lead crews across Texas. You will own safety, schedule, quality, and people on each project, from data centers to healthcare facilities.

This hands-on leadership role rewards technical expertise, problem-solving, and mentoring apprentices to uphold on-time, on-budget installations. Requirements include eight years of commercial electrical construction experience, a Texas Journeyman license (TDLR), OSHA 30,

Qualifications

Eight (8) years of commercial electrical construction experience, including leadership.
Current Texas Journeyman Electrician license or higher (TDLR), active and in good standing.
OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

Lead the work: supervise crews to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
Safety and code compliance: ensure adherence to codes, safety guidelines, and blueprints.
Coordinate and communicate: work with Project Managers, Superintendents, and General Foremen to meet deadlines and budgets.
Develop the team: mentor electricians and apprentices to improve skills and efficiency.
Manage resources and records: oversee inventory, tools, equipment, and daily progress logs.
