Job summary

DP Electric is seeking a General Foreman to lead field crews on mission-critical electrical projects across the Southwest, including data centers and healthcare facilities.

You will set safety and quality standards, manage manpower and materials, and coordinate with project teams to keep work on schedule and within budget. This role requires foreman experience, OSHA 30, and a valid driver's license, with DP University opportunities for leadership growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman Electrician license or progress toward licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field crews, including apprentices, journeymen, and foremen, ensuring work meets safety and quality standards.
• Plan and schedule electrical installations from layout through final inspection; oversee daily operations and ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and clients; participate in planning meetings and provide field insights for sequencing and constructability decisions.
