Job summary

DP Electric is hiring an Electrical Foreman to lead and mentor crews on commercial electrical installations across Arizona. You will oversee safety, schedules, and quality while coordinating with project teams and clients to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Journeyman-level electrical knowledge with field experience.
• Eight years of commercial electrical construction experience including leadership.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews on installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on commercial sites.
• Plan daily work, assign tasks, and ensure on-time project progress and quality.
• Enforce electrical codes, safety guidelines, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades.
• Mentor electricians and apprentices for skill development.
