DP Electric is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead crews on commercial installs across Texas. You will own safety, schedule, and quality on site, mentor apprentices, and coordinate with project teams.

This hands-on leadership role rewards technical expertise and reliable on-site execution on mission-critical projects such as data centers and healthcare facilities. DP University provides ongoing training and career growth.

Qualificações

• Eight (8) years of commercial electrical construction experience, including leadership.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and work alongside crews to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities, assigning tasks and providing clear instructions.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring quality workmanship and addressing issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and General Foremen to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Mentor and develop electricians and apprentices to enhance skills and efficiency.
