Job summary

DP Electric in Texas is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead on-site collaboration with crews, ensuring safe, on-budget, and on-schedule electrical installations for commercial projects across Texas. You will own the on-site people, schedule, safety, and quality on each job.

You'll supervise and mentor electricians, read blueprints, coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents, and drive performance on mission-critical builds such as data centers, healthcare, and manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Texas Journeyman Electrician license (TDLR) active and in good standing.
• Eight years of commercial electrical construction experience with leadership.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the work by supervising crews to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities with clear instructions.
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality workmanship while addressing issues.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and General Foremen to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Mentor and develop electricians and apprentices to raise technical skills.
• Manage inventory, tools, equipment, and maintain daily progress records.
