Job summary

DP Electric is a premier commercial electrical contractor seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead on-site teams across Arizona. You will own safety, schedule, and quality while guiding journeymen and apprentices on diverse projects.

This hands-on leadership role rewards technical excellence and problem-solving as you coordinate with project teams to keep work on time and on budget, whether on data centers or healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• Journeyman-level electrical knowledge and field experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Work: supervise and work alongside crews to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment; plan daily activities; monitor progress.
• Safety and Code Compliance: ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety guidelines; interpret blueprints and diagrams.
• Coordinate and Communicate: collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and General Foremen; communicate with other trades and stakeholders.
• Develop the Team: mentor electricians and apprentices to improve skills and efficiency.
• Manage Resources and Records: manage inventory and equipment; maintain daily reports and progress logs.
