Zusammenfassung

DP Electric is seeking an Industrial Electrical Foreman to lead crews on industrial systems across Arizona. You will own people, schedule, safety, and quality on job sites, plan daily activities, and ensure proper execution from field to finish.

This field-based role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working outdoors, and adherence to safety standards while coordinating with project management and clients to deliver on time and within spec.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• Journeyman-level electrical knowledge and field experience.
• Ten (10) years of experience as an industrial electrician with leadership.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Valid driver's license, clean MVR, and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Lead and work alongside electrical crews installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial systems and equipment.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities, assign tasks, and give crews clear direction.
• Participate in the selection, training, and development of crew members.
• Enforce electrical codes, regulations, and safety guidelines, and promote a culture of safety.
• Install conduit, cable tray, raceway, pull and terminate power circuits, including in hazardous locations.
• Interpret electrical prints, ladder diagrams, and wiring schedules to guide installation and troubleshooting.
• Support installation, termination, and commissioning of field instrumentation and control systems.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to coordinate work and resolve conflicts.
