Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician in Colorado to lead a crew on commercial/industrial electrical projects. You will oversee Journeyman, Apprentices and Helpers, coordinate work with other trades, read blueprints and specs, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities include mentoring crew, developing material lists, scheduling, troubleshooting circuits, and ensuring compliance with NEC and local codes. A strong leadership mindset and field training are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to mentor teams of five or more workers.
• Strong reading of blueprints, plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Journeyman, Apprentices and Helpers on site.
• Develop manpower schedule and material takeoffs from layouts.
• Ensure work complies with NEC and local codes.
• Coordinate with supervision and other trades to maintain schedule.
• Read project specs and schematics to guide install and wiring.
