Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician in the United States to lead a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians on industrial/commercial projects. You will supervise installation, alteration, and repair of electrical systems, train and evaluate staff, and ensure work complies with project specs and NEC guidelines.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor and coach a crew of ~5 workers.
• Strong reading of blueprints and project documents; understand contracts and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on site and ensure quality of work.
• Develop manpower schedules for your team and communicate needs to supervision.
• Read project specs, blueprints, and schematics to lay out work and size components.
• Install and terminate electrical devices, panels, and conductors per NEC guidelines.
• Mentor crew to meet production and budget goals and maintain safety standards.
