Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to oversee a crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman electricians. You will lead, train, and evaluate the team while performing installation, alteration and repair of electrical systems.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in electrical construction (commercial/industrial).
• Ability to lead, mentor and coach teams of ~5 workers.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and project docs.
• Able to read and develop construction schedules and coordinate with trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to high standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Develop material lists from layouts and job-site demands.
• Contribute to production and budget goals through clear communication.
• Ensure crew work complies with local and NEC guidelines.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install conduit.
