Job summary

You will lead, train and mentor the team, ensuring high-quality installations and adherence to schedules. Responsibilities include coordinating material lists, developing manpower plans, and ensuring work complies with NEC guidelines and project specs.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction in commercial/industrial environments.
• Proven leadership with ability to grow as a leader and coach teams of ~5.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, specs, and contract documents.
• Ability to communicate with other trades and supervise assignments.
• Basic understanding of customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Ability to understand construction schedules for assigned scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to highest standards.
• Develop material lists from layouts and job site demands for supervision.
• Communicate lists to supervision and manage production goals.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install conduit and electrical devices.
• Read project specs, blueprints and schematics; perform field layout.
• Use Trimble equipment/software for field layout as needed.
• Determine wire, conduit and junction box sizing.
• Troubleshoot lighting and general power circuits.
