Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to oversee a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial sites in Virginia. You will lead, train, and evaluate the team while ensuring safety, quality, and on-budget execution.

You will develop manpower schedules, review blueprints and specs, and coordinate materials and workmanship to meet project demands. Strong leadership and field layout skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities with capability to grow as a supervisor.
• Able to read and understand project blueprints and contract documents.
• Good communication with other trades and supervisors; negotiates work assignments.

Responsabilités

• Lead Journeyman, Helpers, and Apprentices on the job site.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team and ensure quality work.
• Draft material lists from layouts and communicate needs to supervision.
• Ensure work complies with NEC and local guidelines.
• Perform field layout and install electrical conduits and devices as required.
• Read project specs and blueprints and use Trimble tools for layout.
