Job summary

Comfort Systems USA seeks a Foreman Electrician to supervise a crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial projects. You will lead installations, alterations and repairs while mentoring the team and ensuring work meets NEC standards.

Responsibilities include developing manpower schedules, interpreting blueprints and project documents, and coordinating with supervision to meet production and budget goals. Strong leadership and field training are expected.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities with the capability to grow in this area, leading ~5-person crews.
• Aptitude for reading blueprints and contract documents; understands other trades on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality and adherence to NEC and project specs.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team and communicate needs to supervision.
• Read project specs, blueprints, and schematics to lay out work and size conduits.
