Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to oversee a crew on commercial and industrial electrical installations, alterations and repairs. You will lead a team of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman electricians on job sites, ensuring safe, high‑quality work and adherence to project schedules.

This role requires hands‑on leadership, blueprint and specification interpretation, and the ability to develop material lists and coordinate with supervision.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Demonstrates leadership with ability to grow in this area, lead five-person teams.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, drawings and project specifications.
• Strong communication and coordination with other trades and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Develop material lists from layouts and communicate to supervision.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC and local codes.
• Install and terminate electrical devices, panels, conduits, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret project specifications, blueprints and schematics.
• Foster safety, quality and teamwork to meet schedules and budgets.
