Royal Electric is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead crews on projects in the San Antonio/Austin area. You will coordinate with Superintendent, GC, and customers to manage schedules, safety, QC, and productivity, ensuring high-quality project completion.

Ideal candidates have a Journeyman Texas certification, strong electrical skills, and prior foreman or lead experience. Must be willing to work in the field full-time with crews and possess reliable transportation and tools.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Journeyman Certification is required.
• Electrical skills including plan reading, conduit bending, wiring, and lighting control.
• Experience as Foreman or lead supervising crews is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crews of electricians (10+ members).
• Plan and coordinate scheduling of materials, tools, and personnel.
• Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction on projects.
• Review documents and coordinate field installations to meet project goals.
