Qualifications

• Journeyman Certification in the State of Texas is required.
• Experience leading crews and field personnel as a Foreman or in a lead capacity.
• Proficiency with electrical skills: plan reading, conduit bending/installation, wiring, and NEC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of electricians, supervising 10+ personnel and ensuring on-time project completion.
• Lead and delegate tasks to apprentices, journeymen, and crew leaders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction; review plans and coordinate field installations.
