Power Design is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field teams on multimillion-dollar electrical projects across Texas. The role emphasizes quality, safety and customer satisfaction, with travel to project sites as needed and access to company iPads for job management.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of leadership experience in electrical contracting, holds a journeyman or master electrician license, and demonstrates strong NEC knowledge and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience managing a scope and multimillion-dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• Proficient knowledge of the NEC, local codes and construction safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project superintendent and trades, managing materials and manpower.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards.
• Utilize technology such as company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees on the designated scope.
