Job summary

Royal Electric Company is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field crews across multifamily, commercial, and mixed projects in the Austin-San Antonio region. The Foreman will coordinate with supervisors, GCs, and clients to ensure on-time, safe, and compliant project execution.

Candidates must hold a Texas Journeyman Certification, have 10+ years of experience, and demonstrate leadership, planning, and hands-on electrical skills on site.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman Certification in Texas required.
• Minimum 10 years of field experience.
• Experience as Foreman or lead overseeing crews.
• Electrical skills including plan reading, conduit bending, wiring, and layout.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews of 10+ electricians.
• Coordinate with Superintendent/GC/Subs/Customers on schedules and progress.
• Maintain safety, QA, and project close-out processes.
• Layout work, material scheduling, and equipment coordination.
• Enforce high quality and safety standards and mentor staff.
