Job summary

Royal Electric is seeking an Electrical Foreman for projects in the San Antonio/Austin area. You will coordinate with the Superintendent, GC, and customers to manage the project schedule, safety, QC, and crew performance.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas Journeyman license, 10+ years in field supervision, and proven ability to read plans, bend conduit, install wiring, and lead electricians and apprentices to on-time, quality project completion.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Journeyman license required.
• Minimum 10 years in field supervision.
• Experience leading crews of electricians.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of electricians and supervise field personnel.
• Lead crews including apprentices and journeymen.
• Ensure QA and client satisfaction; coordinate installations.
• Lay out work, schedule materials, and meet budget.
• Enforce safety and quality standards.
• Mentor and motivate employees on scope.
