All Tech Electric is seeking a Foreman to schedule, coordinate, and supervise a small electrical crew on commercial projects in Texas. The role emphasizes safety, productivity, and quality on job sites.

The Foreman will lead daily activities, mentor apprentices, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications while coordinating with other trades. Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a valid Texas Journeyman license.

Qualifications

• Requires 5–7 years of experience as a commercial electrician.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA-30 preferred or obtainable within six months.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Texas Journeyman Electrician License.
• Knowledge of electrical construction methods and practices.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture on the jobsite and ensure OSHA regulations are followed.
• Provide daily leadership and direction to the crew; orient new members and evaluate performance.
• Review project plans and schedules to understand requirements and translate them into work assignments.
• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are available; adjust plans to maintain productivity.
• Maintain daily foreman reports and field documentation; support production progress tracking.
• Inspect completed work for quality and ensure adherence to electrical plans and specs.
• Assist with hiring, promotions, or discipline decisions when appropriate.
• Perform electrical craft work alongside the crew when needed.
