Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician in Tucson, AZ to oversee a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial projects. You will lead, train, and evaluate performance while ensuring work meets NEC and local codes.

You will develop manpower schedules, read blueprints, estimate material needs, and coordinate with supervision to maintain safety and quality. Strong leadership and field experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
Ability to lead, mentor, and coach a crew of ~5 electricians.
Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
Ensure quality of work is to the highest standards.
Assist in developing an effective manpower schedule for the team.
Develop material lists from layouts and job site demands; communicate to supervision.
Help achieve production and budget goals by coordinating with the team.
Ensure all work complies with local codes and NEC guidelines.
Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install conduit and fittings.
Install and terminate electrical devices, fixtures, panels, and feeders.
Demonstrate working knowledge of circuitry and electrical systems.
Read project specifications, blueprints, and schematics.
