Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to oversee a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians on site. You will lead the crew, ensure high-quality work, and coordinate material lists and schedules based on project demands.

The role requires strong leadership, expert knowledge of electrical construction, and the ability to read blueprints, project specs, and NEC guidelines. Expect varying shifts and potential overtime on industrial/commercial projects.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach teams of ~5 electricians and apprentices.
• Strong communication with other trades and supervision.
• Ability to read and understand project specs, blueprints, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to highest standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Prepare material lists from layouts and job site demands.
