Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to lead a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial projects in Ghent, KY. You will oversee installation, alteration, and repair of electrical systems while training and evaluating your crew on site.

Responsibilities include supervising work quality, routing manpower, preparing material lists, and ensuring compliance with NEC and local codes. Strong leadership and blueprint-reading skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience performing electrical construction in commercial and/or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to the highest standards.
• Develop material lists from layouts and job site demands; communicate to supervision.
• Work with crew to meet production and budget goals.
• Ensure all crew work complies with local and NEC guidelines.
• Read and interpret project specs, blueprints, and schematics.
• Lay out work from electrical drawings and project documents.
