Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Maintain high quality standards on all work.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Create material lists from layouts and job-site demands.
• Help hit production and budget goals.
• Ensure work complies with local and NEC guidelines.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, and install conduits.
• Install and terminate electrical devices and panels.
• Read project specifications, blueprints, and schematics.
• Lay out work from drawings, including underground layout.
• Determine wire, conduit, and box sizing.
• Troubleshoot lighting and general power circuits.
