Job summary

You will read blueprints and project specs, develop manpower schedules, and coordinate with supervision to meet production and budget goals while adhering to NEC guidelines.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach a small crew.
• Strong reading of project specs, blueprints, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to the highest standards and maintain safety.
• Develop manpower schedules and material lists from layouts and job site demands.
• Read and interpret project drawings and electrical documents to lay out work.
• Maintain compliance with local codes and NEC guidelines.
