Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking an Electrical Foreman to guide field personnel in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across diverse projects. You will lead crews, coordinate materials, and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

The role requires strong electrical experience, NEC knowledge, and ability to work on-call. Drivers license and OSHA/CPR certifications are preferred, with benefits including healthcare and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years electrical experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Must be able to safely operate a specialized electrical service vehicle.
• Must have valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all field personnel on the assigned project or task.
• Plan the project or task efficiently and profitably.
• Ensure timely ordering and receipt of materials to maintain compliance.
• Maintain personal tools as directed by leadership.
• Read and comply with safety and policy manuals; ensure field staff do the same.
• All other duties as assigned.
