Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking a Foreman to guide field crews, plan projects, and ensure timely material orders for assigned electrical installations and repairs. The role emphasizes safety, leadership, and clear communication with project teams.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of electrical experience, NEC knowledge, and the ability to operate required tools and a service vehicle. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred; full-time on-site with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial/industrial electrical background.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience with NEC guidelines and field safety.
• Ability to operate and maintain service vehicles.
• Good communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all field personnel on the project.
• Plan projects efficiently for profitability.
• Ensure timely material orders and receipt.
• Maintain personal tools as directed by leadership.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
