Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field crews, assist with installations, modifications, and repairs of electrical systems on diverse projects. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating with project teams.

The candidate will supervise crew performance, ensure materials and tools are available, and uphold company safety standards on site. A valid driver's license and electrical experience are required, with Ace University training opportunities

Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or GED.
Minimum 2 years electrical experience preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid training preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead field personnel on assigned projects.
Plan and organize work activities for maximum efficiency.
Ensure materials are ordered, received, and available on schedule.
Maintain required personal tools as directed by leadership.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety manuals, and procedures.
Direct field installation of electrical systems, conduit, wiring, and equipment.
Coordinate work to meet project schedules and production goals.
Ensure crew adherence to safety standards and company guidelines.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
