Job summary

Ace Electric is hiring a Foreman to lead field crews on commercial electrical projects in the Concord area. You will oversee installation, repairs, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong supervision, troubleshooting, and NEC knowledge, with potential on-call and overtime as needed. A valid driver’s license is required, and ACE University benefits support ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical crews on commercial/new construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Knowledge of NEC codes and safety practices (OSHA 30 preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct field personnel on the assigned project.
• Plan and coordinate project tasks and materials for efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure timely material orders and delivery; maintain documentation and guidelines.
