Job summary

Kiewit Power Constructors is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field electrical installations including underground duct banks, conduit, cable trays, and terminations for MV, LV, and control systems. Expect hands-on field work to ensure safety, quality, and productivity across projects in North America.

Relocation and travel are required as projects dictate. The role supports a union craft workforce and emphasizes adherence to safety, project schedules, and company policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in industrial electrical installation scopes.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently supervise craft performance.
• Strong safety focus and commitment to zero incidents.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.
• Team player with strong organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers ensuring safety, quality and productivity
• Plan, schedule and execute field operations per contract specs and electrical codes
• Coordinate with other superintendents and subcontractors for smooth workflow and schedule adherence
• Develop schedules based on provided man hours to meet project timelines
• Resolve conflicts and scheduling issues, keeping project and management informed
• Enforce company safety, attendance and conduct policies
