Job summary

Schneider Electric in the United States is hiring a Field Service Representative to service power distribution and critical power infrastructure at customer sites, with turnkey training provided. You will perform startup, repair and preventive maintenance, document field reports, and collaborate with customers, electricians and project teams.

The role requires safety awareness, reading blueprints, and travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or trade certification or military training in electrical-related disciplines.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics.
• Thorough understanding of AC/DC power and related components.

Responsibilities

• Pre-site startup, repair and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Solve problems with customers, electricians, and support teams.
• Complete field service and startup data sheets and reports.
• Support project management on larger system startups.
• Collaborate with teams on higher complexity projects.
