Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Estimator II to prepare bid documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects. You will gather data, study drawings, and assemble costs for bids with guidance from a senior estimator.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, and at least 3 years estimating experience in electrical construction. Proficiency in Accubid is essential, CAD/3D software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years estimating commercial/electrical construction.
• Proficient in Accubid estimating; CAD/3D software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings/specifications to determine scope and requirements.
• Prepare estimates with complete takeoffs and enter into estimating system.
• Solicit quotes from suppliers/subcontractors and review for completeness.
• Present bid packages and scope/price to senior leadership.
• Support project turnover with clear explanation of estimate and scope.
