Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience estimating commercial construction projects, preferably in electrical construction.
• Proficient in Accubid estimating.
• Proficient in CAD or 3D software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work.
• Prepare estimates by taking off scope, entering data in estimating system, and checking accuracy.
• Identify qualified suppliers/subcontractors and solicit quotes.
• Compile bid packages with scope, exclusions, and clarifications; present to Lead Estimator.
