Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Estimator II to prepare bid documents and cost estimates for electrical construction. You will assemble costs, review bid specs, identify suppliers, and present packages to leadership with guidance from senior estimators.

This role supports small- to medium-sized projects and offers opportunity for growth. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering and at least 3 years of estimating experience in data centers or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience estimating data centers and/or commercial construction projects.
• Proficient in Accubid estimating and CAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review proposal specs and drawings to determine scope and requirements.
• Prepare estimates by calculating takeoffs and entering into estimating system.
• Identify suppliers/subcontractors and solicit quotes.
• Review quotes for completeness per plans and specs.
• Compile scope of work, pricing, and present to leadership for bid.
• Explain estimates during project turnover and ensure timely client documents.
