Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and integrate state‑of‑the‑art test systems for complex aerospace products. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, creating interfaces, cabling, schematics, and circuit designs while ensuring tests meet cost and schedule goals.

You will troubleshoot technical issues, utilize precision equipment, and collaborate to resolve test challenges, contributing to product reliability and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) must be obtained by start date.
• Knowledge of electrical components including resistors, capacitors, and transistors.
• Experience with test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate test products for complex systems within a multidisciplinary team.
• Create test interface adapters, cabling, schematics, and detailed circuit designs.
• Develop engineering and production test systems that align with cost and schedule goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the development and implementation phases.
• Utilize modern equipment including oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and power meters for validation.
• Collaborate independently or as part of a team to uncover and resolve test product challenges.
