Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and integrate state‑of‑the‑art test systems for complex aerospace products. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, creating interfaces, cabling, schematics, and circuit designs while ensuring tests meet cost and schedule goals.

You will troubleshoot technical issues, utilize precision equipment, and collaborate to resolve test challenges, contributing to product reliability and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) must be obtained by start date.
• Knowledge of electrical components including resistors, capacitors, and transistors.
• Experience with test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.

The Test Solutions Engineering team within the Hardware Discipline Center is at the heart of our innovation, focusing on developing cutting‑edge electrical solutions for our products. Our systems are vital to the full product lifecycle, supporting everything from high‑tech engineering labs to critical field operations and sustainment. As an Electrical Engineer on this team, you will have a hands‑on opportunity to design and integrate state‑of‑the‑art test systems using the industry's latest tools. What You Will Do

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet assigned deadlines
• Experience in technical writing and delivering formal presentations

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
