Job summary

RTX is seeking an on-site Test Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and integrate test equipment across Raytheon products at the Tewksbury and Andover campuses. You will build production test stations, ITAs, harnesses, and supporting hardware, producing precise drawings and analyses to guide implementation.

The role requires a STEM degree with 2+ years of experience or an advanced degree, plus hands-on troubleshooting and familiarity with oscilloscope, DMM, network analyzers, and power meters.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics with 2+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.
• Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power meters.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products within multidisciplinary teams.
• Create production test stations, ITAs, harnesses and supporting hardware; generate drawings and schematics.
• Troubleshoot issues across design, development and integration lifecycles both independently and in teams.
