Lake Superior Consulting is seeking an Electrical Engineer II/III to join our growing team. You will work on diverse energy and industrial projects including oil, gas, power, renewables, and utilities across multiple locations with flexible options.

We value leadership, collaboration, and delivering high‑quality electrical designs from concept to commissioning, with travel up to 10%. Salary range for this role is $78,000-$115,000, depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Engineer II: typically 1–3+ years related experience; Engineer III: 3+ years.
• EIT license preferred; PE license a plus for higher-level role.
• Experience with power, control, and communications systems preferred.
• Knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform CAD design and drafting to support electrical and control systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large industrial designs.
• Lead moderate to large projects and advise on technical issues.
• Develop specs for procurement, installation, and testing of equipment.
• Participate in field wiring, testing, and commissioning activities.
