Job summary

Black & Veatch seeks an entry-level Electrical Engineer to join its EDGE program, a multi-year rotational experience designed to accelerate early-career growth. You will rotate through 3–4 roles across different business areas, including one field assignment, gaining a full view of the project lifecycle and preparing for future leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Must have work authorization and will not require visa sponsorship.
• Cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Reads and applies departmental design guides, standards, codes and BV policies.
• Contributes to preparation of basic engineering deliverables and studies of limited scope.
• Performs routine research and recommends equipment/materials.
• Develops basic engineering calculations and manages data for engineering work.
• Adheres to budget, schedule and quality requirements.
• Coordinates with project team leadership and internal clients.
