Responsibilities

• FAEs support adoption of Advanced Energy power solutions through presales to postproduction support.
• Provide system architecture guidance, schematic review, and on-site qualification support.
• Develop customer relationships to relay technical requirements for product roadmap.
• Deliver technology updates and product training to customers, sales, and distribution.
• Act as customer advocate to earn respect of engineering leaders internally and externally.
• Influence sales strategy with the FAEs' technical perspective.
