The role partners with manufacturer reps and internal teams to execute territory plans, strengthen relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

Remote US-based, extensive travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in electrical distribution.
• Minimum 3 years selling into the electrical distribution market.
• Minimum 2 years managing manufacturer representative groups.
• Strong leadership, forecasting, pricing awareness, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed annual revenue, profit, and growth targets.
• Lead, manage, and develop manufacturer representative groups to drive growth.
• Identify and convert new distributor opportunities within the channel.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with growth initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributor decision-makers and influencers.
• Provide leadership and accountability for rep groups through reviews and territory planning.
• Identify competitive threats and market opportunities within the region.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations to support sales growth.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
• Travel regionally to support distributor relationships and rep group development (40-60%).
• Develop annual territory business plans identifying growth targets and strategies.
