Job summary

All Star Electric is actively seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead a crew in electrical installations and repairs while maintaining project timelines and budgets. You will report progress to team leaders and ensure safety and compliance with codes on-site.

The ideal candidate will have extensive supervisory experience in electrical construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to train apprentices and read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Has a high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• 5+ years in the electrical construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team on electrical installations and repairs.
• Plan and assign tasks to crew members.
• Train and guide apprentices on installations and repairs.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Inspect work for code compliance.
• Communicate project statuses to team leaders.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure safety of all team members.
