Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach teams of ~5 workers.
• Strong reading and understanding of blueprints, specs, and schematics.
• Knowledge of NEC guidelines and safety practices.
• Aptitude to develop material lists and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site
• Develop manpower schedules and material lists
• Ensure work complies with local and NEC guidelines
• Install and terminate electrical devices and conductors
• Read project specifications and blueprints
• Work with project plans to support scheduling and budgeting
• Manage field training and safety on site
