Job summary

All Star Electric is actively seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead a crew in electrical installations and repairs while maintaining project timelines and budgets. You will report progress to team leaders and ensure safety and compliance with codes on-site.

The ideal candidate will have extensive supervisory experience in electrical construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to train apprentices and read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Has a high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• 5+ years in the electrical construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team on electrical installations and repairs.

All Star Electric is looking to hire an Electrical Foreman. You will be responsible for leading a crew to perform electrical installations as well as maintaining the job timeline, keeping it on schedule and within budget, and reporting to team leaders on any setbacks and updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team on electrical installations and electrical repairs.
• Plan and assign tasks to crew members.
• Train and guide apprentices on electrical installations and repairs.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Inspect all electrical work is up to company standards and complies with national, state, and local codes.
• Communicate with team leaders regarding all project statuses.
• Maintain proper and accurate documentation.
• Ensure that every team member is performing work duties safely.

Qualifications and Skills

• Highschool diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a supervisory position.
• 5+ years' experience in the electrical construction industry.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and electrical codes within a commercial setting.
• Knowledge of general safety guidelines.
• Leadership and Communication skills
