Job summary

The Stellar Group is seeking an Electrical Foreman to oversee electrical projects from inception to completion. You will supervise electrical workers, maintain schedules, and ensure work meets quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, deep knowledge of electrical systems, and a proven ability to manage multiple sites. Willingness to travel and coordinate with clients and contractors is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
• Extensive experience in electrical services, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Experience in project management and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of electrical workers.
• Maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit reports on project progress and outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned.
