Stellar seeks an Electrical Foreman to oversee electrical projects from start to finish, coordinating workers and maintaining schedules to meet high-quality standards. The role emphasizes leadership, strong knowledge of electrical systems, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have extensive field experience, the ability to read blueprints, and proven project management skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service across nationwide sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of field experience in electrical services (installation, maintenance, repair).
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Experience in project management and overseeing multiple projects.
• OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of electrical workers.
• Maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
• Conduct regular inspections for adherence to specs.
• Identify and resolve issues or conflicts during the project.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit progress reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
