Job summary

Echo Electric, a leading distributor of electrical products, is seeking associates to support sales and warehouse operations. You will use ERP software to assist customers, track and fulfill orders, and maintain strong customer relationships while staying informed on product knowledge.

The role emphasizes organizing displays, monitoring inventory, and ensuring accurate pricing and signage. Commitment to safety and teamwork is required, with a Monday–Friday shift.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; electrical industry knowledge preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork; capable of standing in warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software.
• Track and fulfill sales orders; prepare documentation; follow up calls.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships.
• Stay updated on product knowledge; generate stock requests.
• Arrange point of sale displays and ensure products look appealing.
• Monitor inventory levels; rotate stock; replenish merchandise.
• Ensure pricing, labels, and promotional signage are accurate.
• Create and maintain positive working relationships and a safe environment.
