Job summary

Echo Electric, part of Sonepar, seeks a motivated Counter Sales Representative to support customers throughout the sales process and assist with warehouse tasks. You will maintain product knowledge and promote new products in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, ERP usage, and building strong customer relationships while contributing to a safe, organized warehouse and store floor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent as required.
• At least 1 year experience in electrical industry or knowledge of electrical products.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills.
• Able to stand long hours and move in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software.
• Track and fulfill sales orders, create documentation, and make follow-up calls.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed.
