Job summary

Echo Electric, a Sonepar brand, is seeking a motivated Counter Sales Representative in Warren, OH. You will assist customers during the sales process, use ERP software, and help with warehouse tasks.

The shift is 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a focus on product knowledge and building strong customer relationships. We offer comprehensive benefits including health coverage, 401K match, tuition reimbursement, and employee development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in electrical industry or knowledge of electrical products.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse a warehouse.
• Basic problem-solving and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software, while maintaining a professional sales demeanor.
• Track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, creating documentation, and making follow-up calls.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and generate stock requests.
• Create and maintain positive working relationships and a safe, clean environment.
