Job summary

Echo Electric seeks a motivated Counter Sales Representative to join our Illinois team. You will maintain product knowledge, promote new products, assist customers during the sales process, and assist with warehouse tasks as needed.

Shift is 8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday. Earn $20–$23 per hour plus commission; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K match, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year experience in electrical industry or knowledge of electrical products.
• Ability to communicate clearly, stay organized and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software with a professional sales demeanor.
• Track and fulfill sales orders, prepare documentation, and follow up with customers.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships and provide accurate product information.
• Support warehouse functions as needed on a daily basis.
